Perched above the Maison Albar Le Victoria, TAULISSA offers a 360° panoramic view of the Mediterranean, the hinterland of Nice and the Mercantour National Park. The menu has been devised in a spirit of sharing and conviviality, based on simple, generous dishes with tasty sauces and a touch of madness. Each dish is a surprising discovery.
