A centuries-old family saga
It all began in 1923 with Odette and René Albar, a couple of restaurateurs from Aveyron for whom hospitality rhymes at first with authenticity. Travelers who visit their establishments soon wish to stay longer. Céline Falco, born Albar and 4th generation of the hotel family, perpetuates this legacy and introduces guests from all over the world to a new concept of luxury where sophistication and discretion rule in perfect harmony.
