...of hosts who, through their art of hospitality, have revolutionized the codes of luxury hotels.
with Odette and René Albar, a couple of restaurateurs from Aveyron, at the beginning of the 20th century. The Albar's art of hospitality was deeply rooted in their core values: an authentic, warm, generous, and friendly welcome awaited all travelers visiting their establishments. Very quickly, visitors who came to eat wanted to extend the experience they had each time they visited and stay after their meal. The family then honed its way of receiving guests into an art.
The family's future in hotels began in 1923 when it first opened the doors of the Printania in Paris. These new hoteliers put travelers at the heart of everything and kept the sense of warm hospitality of their region of origin. As new hotels open in the capital, they still have that "like home" feeling so dear to the Albar family.
the family has continued on its path and is taking up new challenges. Always seeking to surpass themselves, the Albars wish to offer their art of hospitality to the most demanding travelers, proposing a new experience of luxury: from high-end they have passed to "casual luxury," breaking codes and finally allowing proximity with guests. Maison Albar Hotels is the quintessence of a century of fidelity to this philosophy which is now embodied by Céline Falco born Albar, as the 4th generation of a passionate hotels owner family.
they would tell you that these places were dreamed of by a family and that they are founded on heritage, place, talent, and soul.
